Every unit. We test 100% of the products we manufacture, not a sample or batch, so every product is individually tested and you get certainty, not just promises.

Yes. We work to ISO 9001:2015 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards, with a certified IPC trainer on staff, giving defence, mining and other regulated buyers a documented, consistent quality system to assess.

Lead time depends on complexity, volume, component availability and project requirements, and is confirmed at quote stage.

There is no minimum order value with Complete Wiring.  We support single units, prototypes and small batches, and can scale into larger batch runs as your project grows. For continuous, high-volume repeat production, the Complete Wiring Group also connects you with Wiring Solutions Plus, a Complete Wiring Group company specialising in repeatable, production-focused manufacturing.

Cost depends on your design’s complexity, materials, testing requirements and volume, so we provide a specific quote based on your requirements.

Yes. We manufacture in Capalaba, Brisbane, giving you a local, Australian-made supply chain and a single point of contact for your project from quote through to delivery.
